This Dutch course is genuinely comprehensive . This popular course covers a mixture of social, travel and business scenarios and includes a wide range of course material to help you master the Dutch language. Not only that, but you’ll develop an active vocabulary of over 1,200 Dutch words and an authentic Dutch accent.

By the end of the course, you will have a small vocabulary to be able to communicate in common and everyday situations. The final level of the course is A1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR).

What’s the content of Dutch A1?

During this course you will learn the basics of the Dutch language, with emphasis on reading, speaking, listening and writing skills in an everyday context. Topics that are covered include:

  • greetings and farewells;

  • making an appointment;

  • café, market, restaurant and shop;

  • grammar;

  • vocabulary;

  • the Dutch culture.
